I am a twentysomething Mancunian writer. I quit my day job to concentrate on writing full-time. Risky? Yes, but what is life without risk?
I know that it is rare in the extreme for a writer to get their first book published so I have no expectations. I just don’t want to be old looking back on my life with regrets about what I should have done. Whilst I have time and no children or commitments that depend on me I am going to give this a real shot.
I have only been using Twitter properly since the start of May and I love the community, meeting like minded people, sharing witticisms and insights. I have met so many wonderful people already and hopefully they would say the same about me. I have become something of a tweet addict on all kinds of subjects, particularly films, music and the successes and failures I am having whilst attempting to become a published author.
